Refund Policy
Annual Fee
Rainier provides a hosted website and desktop application that includes a content management system, customer relationship management system, email communications, reporting, an image and document repository and other features for use by it's clients. Before purchasing these services clients are responsible for knowing the details of the services provided and the costs involved. There are no refunds of payments received for annual fees.
Transaction Bundles
Rainier enables online registration, membership, donation and e-commerce transactions for clients. Before purchasing these services clients are responsible for knowing the details of the services requested and the costs involved. Within five (5) days of payment, Client may cancel their purchase of a transaction bundle and Rainier will refund the lesser of fifty percent (50%) of the cost of the transaction bundle purchased or the value of unused transactions remaining in the bundle (at the per transaction cost of the smallest transaction bundle offered by Rainier at the time of cancellation). Transaction fees are not refundable after this five (5) day period.
Additional Support Hours
Rainier provides additional client support packages for specific numbers of hours for email or telephone support. Within five (5) days of payment, client may cancel their purchase of these additional support hours and Rainier will refund the lesser of fifty percent (50%) of the cost of the additional support hours or the unused number of support hours available (at the hourly rate of the smallest additional support hour package offered by Rainier at the time of cancellation). Additional support hours are not refundable after this five (5) day period.
Payment for Custom Services
There are no refunds of payments received for custom services.
