Clients pre-purchase bundles of transactions based on the estimated number they need. Each registration and membership counts as a transaction. Each merchandise sale or donation counts as half a transaction. Volunteering and officials are free transactions.
Transactions don't ever expire provided clients maintain a current service agreement. The desktop displays the number of transactions remaining and an automatic email notification will be sent out weekly letting you know the number of transactions remaining. If all transactions are used up your registrants and purchasers will be unable to complete transactions.
The effective price per transaction declines as the number of transactions purchased increases.
